Soothe Your Soul, a Unique, Spiritually Conscious, Visionary Company is seeking full time extraordinary Retail (Personal) Sales/ Customer Service Associates.

Although this job appears to be a Retail Sales/Customer Service position and the store appears to be a Retail store, neither are such in a fully conscious reality. Our mission is to assist as many people as possible on their path of spiritual growth and healing (of all sorts).

Consequently, this job is much more about your own spiritual growth, connecting with people's Higher Selves and being a source of healing, knowledge, and inspiration, while at the same time drawing abundance and prosperity to the organization and yourself. Since it is our intention to assist people by being an example, we work on our own spiritual growth and self improvement and practice visualization and meditation in our weekly staff meetings.

You control your own abundance. Compensation includes bonus based on team and individual performance. Opportunities for advancement are available.

* You have a flexible schedule and are willing and able to work weekend day or night shifts as well as day and night weekday shifts. (THIS IS A MUST).
* You are available on Friday mornings and afternoons for our weekly staff meetings and trainings.

* You live locally (near Redondo Beach), therefore getting to work would be easy for you and you have transportation.
* You are inspired, self-motivated, willing and able to spend time outside work (at least 5-10 hours per week, more in the beginning) acquiring product knowledge which is critical to being able to sell such products. Products include herbs, essential oils, crystals, flower essences, books, music, etc.
* You have the ability to multi-task, be aware of the fast changing store environment, work quickly under pressure and still smile.
* You have good attitude, good work ethic, enjoy working, you are energetic, you are kind, warm and friendly.
* You enjoy being part of a team, you work with and get along with others easily.
* You have the ability to follow detailed procedures, accurately handle transactions and use common sense.
* You have at least some basic knowledge about: Aromatherapy, Crystals, Herbs, Holistic Health, and Spirituality.
* You have basic computer skills (Windows).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Enthusiastically and cheerfully assist customers in their needs, and finding the right products that will serve them best, including informing them about the uses and benefits of products.
* Make sales over and above customer requests by engaging customers to find out their needs and informing them about numerous beneficial products.
* Process, ring up and/or charge completed sales transactions.
* Keep shelves and floor clean, stocked and organized.
* Closing drawer/register paperwork and procedures.
* Shifts include days, night, and weekends (Please apply only if you can work some combination of day, night and weekend shifts, and if you do not have restricted availability).

Compensation: Base pay plus commission/bonus (based on team as well as individual effort). Base pay is dependent on experience, knowledge and sales ability. Plus profit sharing, bonuses and stock options.
